How to set server timezone?

Can I manage a private event?

Yes, you can set any event as “private” directly from agenda in-place editor. More options are available in the full editor.
Private events descriptions are visible to the owner and participants only.

How can I manage work permit and leaves?

You have to first create your event type and mark them as unavailable from the tools page. Events marked this way are not counted in resource workload.

Can I create recurring events?

Yes, Twproject manages daily, weekly, monthly and yearly events. Click “edit” on the agenda in-place editor to access the full view.

Can I manage a meeting?

Yes. Every agenda appointment can be transformed to a meeting. Twproject has a powerful tool for managing meetings. From the event full editor, click on “set meeting” button. You can involve project teams, adding discussion points, manage the meeting minute and attach documents. There is also the option to select a part of this record and transform it directly into an ToDo!

How can I see a team agenda?

Every project, phases, company or department defines a workgroup. In the project/resource editor, you will find the “workgroup” box. Just click on agenda/meetings link.
You can eventually add or remove member on-the-fly from the event editor.

Can I see Twproject agenda on my mobile?

Yes. Navigate http://[YOU TWPROJECT ADDRESS]/mobile and click on “agenda” button.
If you want to use your device calendar you can add the Twproject iCalendar url that you can find in your user options.

How to do a complete Twproject backup?

If you are on our cloud backup are done automatically everyday by the system itself.

If instead you are using Twproject on your own server, these are the required operations to preserve all your data and your configurations settings:

1. Backup your database
2. Backup the entire web application: TWPROJECT_HOME/webapps/ROOT
3. Backup your repository, where files get uploaded: if you have not customized this folder you can find it in TWPROJECT_HOME/teamworkRepository.

Simply navigate with your mobile browser to your Twproject address, you will be automatically redirected to the mobile version.

What can I do with the mobile version?

Access all your Twproject projects, ToDos, worklogs, events. Add and close ToDos, record worklogs, add events. Read documents. And a nice last touch, you can access Twproject’s file storages, so Twproject is acting as a gateway for you mobile access to your intranet documents.

Is my mobile device supported?

Twproject mobile works on the following devices: iPhone 3/4/5, iPad, Android and Blackberry (do test your device on the demo).

Do I need to install an app on my mobile?

No, just open your mobile browser and navigate to [YOUR TWPROJECT URL]/mobile. That’s all!
