Twproject allow you to perform some checks on the system:

Tree checks
Twproject uses intensively data structured as trees. As SQL does not generally support
recursion, some key data is also de-normalized to increase performance. Occasionally something could go wrong (black-outs, system crashes, network failures, wrong customized import procedures etc.) and this de-normalized data may get corrupted.
This utility will perform a check of “trees” structured objects and eventually will rebuild data correctly.
