The challenge

The large Euroricambi Group family combines Italian mechanical tradition with cutting-edge technology and a global sales network. Specialised in the production of spare parts interchangeable with the original ones of the main manufacturers, the company offers solutions for industrial vehicles, buses, earthmoving and mining equipment, tractors, cars, pick-ups and light and medium vehicles, with a particular focus on Japanese brands.

At a certain point, the need for more structured project management grew. Until then, Luca’s team relied on basic tools such as e-mails, phone calls and personal notes, which made it difficult to have clarity about who was working on what. The risk of confusion was high, and the loss of time to manage these inefficiencies was self-evident.
