Set objectives and values<\/h3>\n<p>Before beginning to work on team dynamics, it is important to have the team&#8217;s goals and <a href=\"https:\/\/twproject.com\/blog\/corporate-culture-benchmark-project-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">values in mind<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If the organization does not already have a clear mission or vision, now is a good time to create it.<\/p>\n<p>These elements will provide team members with a clear and shared picture of what they are working on.<br \/>\n<a name=\"training\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>2.
